Heartily Recommend Pitchford Design
We used Pitchford Design when we remodelled and extended our house, based on examples of similar projects they had carried out in the Harrogate area.
Gary was particularly helpful in refining our initial design and interior layout as well as maintaining an overseeing brief as the project progressed to completion and agreement of the final account.
Gary was very professional, responsive and courteous throughout, maintaining a level head as the project progressed and resolving any site issues in a prompt and equitable manner.
We would heartily recommend Pitchford Design for any similar projects.

Delighted With The End Result
Gary was easy to work with and quickly interpreted our ideas into a number of design options, which resulted in a very workable design which we are delighted with. Gary managed all the necessary consents, approvals and contracting process efficiently. Whilst we managed the building project ourselves, he was always available to assist with any queries and amendments as needed. We are delighted with the end result.

Visionary Architect
We had acquired a plot with a derelict house which had been granted planning permission after a series of planning issues. Gary took the approved plan and our design requirements and working closely with the Planning Department of Harrogate Borough Council managed to marry the two together to create our dream home.
Gary is an extremely visionary architect with the ability to create stunning designs with a very professional and friendly style making him a pleasure to work with
