Gary was a pleasure to work with, He listened, was attentive and creative and came up with a fabulous design that turned a small extension into something special, we could not be more pleased.

Mr and Mrs Kite, North Yorkshire

We had acquired a plot with a derelict house which had been granted planning permission after a series of planning issues.  Gary took the approved plan and our design requirements and working closely with the Planning Department of Harrogate Borough Council managed to marry the two together to create our dream home.

Gary is an extremely visionary architect with the ability to create stunning designs with a very professional and friendly style making him a pleasure to work with

Mr and Mrs Firth, Nr Knaresborough

We used Pitchford Design when we remodelled and extended our house, based on examples of similar projects they had carried out in the Harrogate area.

Gary was particularly helpful in refining our initial design and interior layout as well as maintaining an overseeing brief as the project progressed to completion and agreement of the final account.

Gary was very professional, responsive and courteous throughout, maintaining a level head as the project progressed and resolving any site issues in a prompt and equitable manner.

We would heartily recommend Pitchford Design for any similar projects.

John and Helen Swales

We are extremely satisfied with the beautiful design for our new house created by Gary and his team. The design was creative and thoughtful taking into consideration all of our detailed requirements. We would highly recommend Pitchford Design Associates for a self build project.
